Aisrehdar (アイスレーダー, Aisurēdā) is the scion of the god of time, Chronos. She is the current leader of the organization with purpose to disintegrate all the Horologues. She is also Mina Putin's adoptive sister.

Time Manipulation: Being a scion of the god of time, Aisrehdar is able to manipulate the time of any objects.
Time Stopping: Due to her capability of ruling over any object (including living things), Aisrehdar is able to stop time. In such state, her targets are completely paralyzed until she releases them from their restraints.
Anime & Manga Differences
- In the manga when she first appears, Victor didn't ambush her, however Victor sees her whole body and notices that she has no Time Covenants. In addition, Aisrehdar immediately wears her clothes. In the anime, Victor ambushes Aisrehdar and made her towel fall down, ensuring that she has no Time Covenants.
